It features 792 luxurious guestrooms and suites acrossthree distinct wings, which include unique family-themed rooms,supported by a host of dedicated family-focusedamenities.

We are looking for aHotel Manager to join ourteam.

As a HotelManager, we rely on youto:

Support daily leadership and guidance byoptimizing financial performance, fostering employee development,crafting and upholding a distinctive guest experience, implementingbrand standards, and enhancing the hotel's presence within thelocal community. Serve as acting General Manager in theirabsence.

Profitability
  • Support the General Manager in creating, executing, andoverseeing financial and operational plans for the hotel tomaximize guest satisfaction, sales opportunities, andprofitability.
  • Make recommendations to enhancethe hotel's assets and strengthen brandloyalty.

People
  • Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to helpmanage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognisegood performance.
  • Direct daily activities andestablish performance and development goals for teammembers.
  • Promote teamwork and quality servicethrough daily communication and coordination with key departmentheads.

GuestExperience
  • Engage withguests and external stakeholders, including current and potentialclients, company representatives, community leaders, governmentofficials, travel industry professionals, suppliers, competitors,and other members of the local community.
  • Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction by providingquality guest services and amenities.
  • Performother duties asassigned

What we needfrom you

Bachelor's degree /higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration/ Business Administration

10 years' experiencein a first-class hotel, with a minimum of 8 years gained inmanagement positions.

Must speak locallanguage(s).
