We arelooking for a Sous Chef (Arabic Cuisine) to join ourteam!
As a Sous Chef (Arabic Cuisine), werequire you to:
- Support daily menuplanning and design
- Ensure a high quality offood & beverage is provided at all times
- Assist in supervising the daily operation of thekitchen
- Maximise profitability for theoutlet
- Support the Chef on dailyoperation
Requirements:
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Musthave experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotelenvironment
- A self-starter and ateamplayer
- Committed to serving food of thehighest quality
- Enjoys being creative with aneye for detail
- Enjoys planning, organising andproblem solving
- Communicates and write withfluency in English and local language
- Displayscuriosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinarytrends
- Enjoys being challenged
- Willing to work shifts
