As a Sous Chef (Arabic Cuisine), werequire you to:

Support daily menuplanning and design
Ensure a high quality offood & beverage is provided at all times
Assist in supervising the daily operation of thekitchen
Maximise profitability for theoutlet
Support the Chef on dailyoperation

Requirements:

Has a passion for Food & Beverage
Enjoys interacting with people
Musthave experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotelenvironment
A self-starter and ateamplayer
Committed to serving food of thehighest quality
Enjoys being creative with aneye for detail
Enjoys planning, organising andproblem solving
Communicates and write withfluency in English and local language
Displayscuriosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinarytrends
Enjoys being challenged
Willing to work shifts
