IT Helpdesk Support Engineer

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handles emails, phone calls and provide remote assistance on IT helpdesk's first level support
  • Basic experience with IT troubleshooting
  • Problems diagnostics via remote support tools
  • Response to requests via ticketing system via Jira

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a Degree / Diploma in relevant Information Technology Fields required
  • At least 2 years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of using Active Directory (Azure, Microsoft) and Microsoft 365
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
  • Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
  • Strong attention to details
