IT Helpdesk Support Engineer
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handles emails, phone calls and provide remote assistance on IT helpdesk's first level support
- Basic experience with IT troubleshooting
- Problems diagnostics via remote support tools
- Response to requests via ticketing system via Jira
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree / Diploma in relevant Information Technology Fields required
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of using Active Directory (Azure, Microsoft) and Microsoft 365
- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
- Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
- Strong attention to details
