Customer Service and Enrolment Specialist (Part-time)
Job Description
[Tuition Centre - Customer Service and Enrolment Specialist (Part-time)]
Frequency:
Every sunday 9-5pm (must be able commit from 22/10 to 17/12)
Job scope:
- Attend to walk-in clients
- Provide advise to prospective students on the programmes and revision courses.
- Follow up with inquiries from phone calls, social media and whatsapp.
- Printing lessons materials.
- Sending invoice and record payment
- Registration/withdrawal of students
- Assisting student in arrangement of replacement class.
- Assist teacher team with uploading of lesson materials to student portal.
- Office duties & basic house keeping duties.
Requirement:
- Meticulous at work
- Good communication skills
- Punctual and responsible
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Comfortable with Microsoft word
- Singaporean or PR
Salary:
$10-12/hr
