[Tuition Centre - Customer Service and Enrolment Specialist (Part-time)]

Frequency:

Every sunday 9-5pm (must be able commit from 22/10 to 17/12)

Job scope:

• Attend to walk-in clients
• Provide advise to prospective students on the programmes and revision courses.
• Follow up with inquiries from phone calls, social media and whatsapp.
• Printing lessons materials.
• Sending invoice and record payment
• Registration/withdrawal of students
• Assisting student in arrangement of replacement class.
• Assist teacher team with uploading of lesson materials to student portal.
• Office duties & basic house keeping duties.

Requirement:

• Meticulous at work
• Good communication skills
• Punctual and responsible
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Comfortable with Microsoft word
• Singaporean or PR

Salary:

$10-12/hr
