Roles & Responsibilities

[Tuition Centre - Customer Service and Enrolment Specialist (Part-time)]

Frequency:

Every sunday 9-5pm (must be able commit from 22/10 to 17/12)

Job scope:

Attend to walk-in clients
Provide advise to prospective students on the programmes and revision courses.
Follow up with inquiries from phone calls, social media and whatsapp.
Printing lessons materials.
Sending invoice and record payment
Registration/withdrawal of students
Assisting student in arrangement of replacement class.
Assist teacher team with uploading of lesson materials to student portal.
Office duties & basic house keeping duties.

Requirement:

Meticulous at work
Good communication skills
Punctual and responsible
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Comfortable with Microsoft word
Singaporean or PR

Salary:

$10-12/hr
