Job Description
Responsibilities
- Cook chinese/teochew/cantonese dishes
- Ensure high standards of food preparation daily for the restaurant
- Lead and manage the culinary team
- Ensure kitchen is clean and orderly at all times with a maintenance schedule
- Maintain adequate pantry inventory and track expenses
- Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by the Management
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in working in Chinese restaurant
- Up-to-date with latest culinary food trends
- Ability to work creatively within customers' taste preference
- Knowledge in menu planning and food costing
- Deliver under pressure
- Willing to work on weekends
