Responsibilities

• Cook chinese/teochew/cantonese dishes
• Ensure high standards of food preparation daily for the restaurant
• Lead and manage the culinary team
• Ensure kitchen is clean and orderly at all times with a maintenance schedule
• Maintain adequate pantry inventory and track expenses
• Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by the Management

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in working in Chinese restaurant
• Up-to-date with latest culinary food trends
• Ability to work creatively within customers' taste preference
• Knowledge in menu planning and food costing
• Deliver under pressure
• Willing to work on weekends
