Responsibilities

Cook chinese/teochew/cantonese dishes
Ensure high standards of food preparation daily for the restaurant
Lead and manage the culinary team
Ensure kitchen is clean and orderly at all times with a maintenance schedule
Maintain adequate pantry inventory and track expenses
Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by the Management

Requirements

At least 5 years experience in working in Chinese restaurant
Up-to-date with latest culinary food trends
Ability to work creatively within customers' taste preference
Knowledge in menu planning and food costing
Deliver under pressure
Willing to work on weekends
