Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between front of the house and Kitchen
- Supervise wait staff and help, as needed
- Keep detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues
- Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings)
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus and operations
- Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
Requirements
- Excellent Customer service attitude (Welcoming, Smile etc)
- Communication and team management abilities
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g., evenings, holidays, weekends)
Working Hours -10am - 8pm OR 12pm - 10pm
Break Time - no fixed timing, take during low period
Leaves Entitlement - up to 14 days
Monthly sales incentive and bonuses included as well.
Experience in managerial position in the F&B industry.
Work Schedule:

40+ hours / week
