Responsibilities

Coordinate communication between front of the house and Kitchen
Supervise wait staff and help, as needed
Keep detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues
Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings)
Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus and operations
Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints

Requirements

Excellent Customer service attitude (Welcoming, Smile etc)
Communication and team management abilities
Availability to work within opening hours (e.g., evenings, holidays, weekends)

Working Hours -10am - 8pm OR 12pm - 10pm

Break Time - no fixed timing, take during low period

Leaves Entitlement - up to 14 days

Monthly sales incentive and bonuses included as well.

Experience in managerial position in the F&B industry.
